The dictionary is misleading. German speakers will know that 0815 stands for “unimaginative” and “run of the mill”. Visitors to the bar, however, will experience a totally different 0815. Food and drink – meeting point 0815 I 2 Its central location makes 0815 the perfect meeting point. The second 0815, like the 0815 I 1 on Lintheschergasse, is a coffee shop, take-away, snack bar, music lounge and wine tasting bar all in one. Here you can take your time over a cappuccino in the morning, enjoy a lunchtime snack or meet up for an evening drink with friends.
Seeing – immersing in the 0815 I 2 The bar’s design is unostentatious and low-key. Depending on the mood and the time of day, the 0815 I 2 is immersed in matching light. The atmosphere is warm, urban, modern and – thanks to the materials used – natural. Lots of wood, steel, concrete, light facades and cubic light slots define the space.
Listening On Saturdays, two DJs join the fun from 21.00 and the 0815 I 2 turns into a club with modern electronic music. High quality and originality are the hallmarks of the music in the 0815. This applies to the DJ line-up and to 0815/x, the club’s own CD series.
