Do you have a personal statement that best describes you?
- Life is an adventure and it is your choice how you wish to experience it.
The statement or motto that guides me.
- “Angels can fly because they take themselves lightly.” I believe it’s important to bring laughter and joy into life. We have a tendency to take everything so seriously and get caught up in the stories we create for ourselves. By changing our focus just a bit to something lighter we can change and evolve with less pain.
When and how did you first discover you had the gift to help people?
- I believe that I have had this gift all of my life although I wasn’t aware of it. In the 80s I became involved with an alternative healing center. It was during that time that I discovered that I was a conduit for healing energy and light as well as messages from the Angels and Spirit, which could be of help to people.
- I was the first in my family to graduate from college. I began my career as a social worker and then went on to positions in Sales and Management for a variety of Fortune 500 companies eventually becoming the Director of Human Resources for a transportation company. All the while exploring metaphysical concepts, alternative healing practices, spiritual understanding, and ways to expand my intuitive abilities. I felt that it was important to continue in a mainstream job to support myself while I pursued my spiritual practices on the side. The longer I did the Spiritual teaching and counseling the more that I knew that I had to follow my heart and make this my career. In 2006 I left the corporate world and began working full time as a Spiritual Counselor and Teacher.
How did you get started in this business?
- It began with becoming actively involved in an alternative healing center both as a student and teacher. Then in 2000 I was in a metaphysical bookstore, saw a deck of oracle cards by Doreen Virtue, PhD. and selected a card. The card said “signs” which I chose to see as a strong indication to buy this deck. I went to her website and felt a strong connection with the teachings so I took her Mediumship Mentor Program. After taking more classes from Dr. Virtue I found that I was spending more time doing Spiritual Counseling and teaching and the rest is history.
Do you have any advanced degrees or specialized training?
- I am a certified Angel Therapy Practitioner®, certified Medium, certified Light Resonance Healing® Practitioner, Holistic Energy Healer, Spiritual Teacher and Ordained Minister.
Do you offer special services or insights that customers might find helpful?
- I am a channel for information from Spirit and the Angels that is specific for the client. Whether I am teaching or doing readings I allow spirit to speak through me and I trust that the information that comes through will help people in areas where it is needed most and allow them to move more completely to living a life of joy and purpose.
Why do you love what you do?
- It is my passion to be of service. I love being able to connect with people through my readings, writings and teaching to provide messages from Spirit that enables them to feel empowered, loved and of value.
What times are you usually available?
- I am usually available in the late afternoons, early evenings, but my schedule does vary depending on client needs. I can be available at other times by appointment.
