- The New Jersey Civil War History Association, Inc. (NJCWHA) is a non-profit living history association (under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code) dedicated to historical preservation, public education, and to the personal enjoyment of the reenacting hobby. It is a family oriented and democratically run organization with a current roster of approximately 60 members which is growing everyday! Throughout the year, the association participates in numerous regional living history and social events including: battle reenactments, living history exhibitions, parades, ceremonies, school and community educational programs, unit social events, historical concerts, and educational field trips.
