- Michael Dallen, an attorney and author, started the First Covenant Foundation (originally, the Rainbow Covenant Foundation). Working with Jack E. Saunders and Rabbi Michael Katz, he is its director and its first trustee. Michael Dallen is Jewish. A 20-year member of the National Council of Americans for a Safe Israel, he began treating Israel's Torah Covenant completely seriously only after learning of the First Covenant.
