About First Team Construction
Since 1994, First Team Construction’s mission has always been to provide our clients with quality services. This high standard has helped us to see our clients return to use our services again and again. We also receive many of our new clients from referrals of existing clients, so we know we must be meeting and exceeding their expectations.
We service the tri-county area here is Charleston, Dorechester and Berkeley counties. Some of our larger projects require that we also travel throughout the state of South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.
From the very start of the planning stage of the project all the way through completion, we are committed to being part of the team. Most projects require several people to be involved and we understand and are part of that process. We assist with every aspect of that process by evaluating alternative solutions, providing creative ideas to find the best solutions to the project’s challenges. Our clients do participate in that same process every step of the way, controlling the design and achieving the goals of the project’s schedule, quality and budget.
