Actually it is not that bad.

2000domain.net has poor support and services edit
- 2000domain.net does not respond to or acknowledge my request for authorization code to transfer domain to another registrar. It is like joining the Mafia, you cannot leave the organization. Before you sign on with 2000domain, try calling them on the phone. All you get is a recorded message, with no provision to leave a message longer than 10 seconds. And they do not return my email either.
It would be risky to have them host my web site. I found that godaddy.com offers much better support and service. I can actually talk to someone. The waiting time on the phone is short. Godaddy.com's fee is much lower too. Paul Hui, DDS

Anonymous is absolutely right. I'm have the exact same issue. Anyone having this issue should file a complaint with ICANN at http://reports.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi
