ABOUT US ABOUT THE 2010 BOARD2010 Rotherham is an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) and has been set up to manage, maintain and improve Council homes and Rotherham Borough estates. The organisation is non-profit making and it is wholly owned and controlled by Rotherham Borough Council. Our services range from rents and repairs to keeping estates clean and tidy and tackling anti-social behaviour.
