- Many times I get asked "Why do I do the hybrid dogs?" I personaly have found that you get a better healthier pet when you mix breeds. All of the pure bred dogs have been in-bred to achive the breed we see today. In doing this you develope defects that show up as inherited faults. When you mix a breed with another you cut the chain so you get a healthier dog. Most of my breeding is first generation, but I do have a couple of Yorkipoo moms that I breed to a Yorkie and get Yo-Yopoos.
