Really graphic website that from the very first page demonstrates how disgusting fat can be. The surgical procedure on the main page is stomach churning but makes for avid reading.
The site has some basic exercise routines listed and goes on to discuss calorific values and how to gradually lose weight without harming yourself.
There are also adverts from companies offering medications, diet and vitamin supplements, spiritual holidays for the mind and body plus keep fit providers.
There's even four shops listed including a worldwide supplier of natural remedies based in the USA and two UK suppliers of supplements. The UK based exercise equipment supplier has some amazing equipment and it's all listed on the 4 Pigs website.
There's even a joke reference to how obesity and stress can ruin your sex life and surprise, surprise! There's a supplier of the obligatory sexual health supplements and medications etc found on the last web page.
If you don't mind being offended and you're prepared to be insulted then this site is definitely worth visiting. They've got some helpful tips and some great products listed.
Just be prepared to be abused as this site does not pull punches. It's the most non politically correct website I have come across.
