5IAS is the next in the series of highly successful meetings on Early Earth held in Perth every decade. It will continue the debates and controversies on the applicability of Recent Earth models to understanding how Early Earth evolved. Symposium themes will follow trends and changes from the Hadean, through the Archean and into the Proterozoic and beyond. The traditional single session format will be retained, to encourage collaboration and integration among all researchers on Early Earth.
