4. Pollution affects health so you should protect yourself from its effects. Avoid high traffic areas, breathing in high fumes and dusty places, and smoke-filled rooms which lead to various lung diseases.

5. Floss your teeth as there will be a refreshing effect on your lifespan. Recent studies show that a prolonged age is connected to teeth flossing.

The power of positive thinking-Optimistic ApproachExperts say that if you start having positive thoughts when you think of things like your happiest moments ,walking on green grass or on a beach, listening to soft music,reading a good book or visiting a friend, it relieves stress. Other points include: having a massage and a haircut, and avoiding difficult people also helps to manage stress.
