- The story begins in 1995, being a student in university and only earning £4 an hour meant I needed another job. Fortunately being a bit of an IT geek I got to know a number of suppliers who were prepared to sell me pc components at a very reasonable price. So I began building pcs and selling pc components from my bedroom, the front room and anywhere else where there was space.
