- A-1 Concrete Leveling was started in 1982 by Grover Miller with the idea of proving customers a lower cost alternative to replacing concrete slabs when they settle. Grover's experience working on the industrial side of the concrete industry lifting dams, highways, barges, airline runways and roadways gave him the idea to create a system that would fit on a smaller truck, offering flexible concrete repair solutions.
A-1 Concrete Leveling and Foundation Repair, located in Buffalo, NY, is a construction company whose primary application is raising sunken concrete slabs through a hydraulic pressure injection process using patented equipment. We drill a series of 1" diameter holes through the sunken concrete slab, then hydraulically inject a slurry, or grout, to fill the voided areas below the slab.
