Everybody working with American Income Life, from the field representatives to the employees in the home office, all the way up to the President and CEO, is led by the union label. We serve more than one thousand credit unions and twenty thousand organizations nationwide, which represent more than two million policyholders. In case of a strike (authorized by the union) AIL will waive the insurance premium payments. The same would happen for up to three months during a qualified layoff. Those waived payments will never have to be repaid. In our efforts to help working families we also support food banks. The Labor Advisory Board guides us through the best way of supporting the labor movement. The Board is made up of more than 50 international union leaders, AFL, CIO, and "Change To Win" representatives.
