- Welcome to APK Developments website. APK Developments was started in late 2001 to develop innovative, high-quality electronic systems for motorsports applications. In March of 2005, an aviation division was formed when APK Developments was selected by Algie Composite Aircraft to develop and manufacture the system's for their new high-performance kitplane, the LP-1. Over the years, APK Developments has also provided consultation and produced custom systems for customers.
