Meet the Company … Ben Tuma, started Automotive Paint Specialties (APS) in 1977, in the back of an upholstery shop in Bend, Oregon. In February 1990, Ben opened his second store in Salem, Oregon. Throughout the last decade the company has expanded its operations to ten locations, one equipment division and a warehouse in Tangent, Oregon. We specialize in coating for the collision industry, light industrial, commercial fleet and manufacturing.
