- About Mr Apsion
- He was educated at Worth Preparatory School, Sussex and then Downside Abbey School, Somerset. Subsequently he obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Wharton Graduate School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia USA.
- In 1982 he founded the journal Farm Tax and Finance as a joint venture with Sweet and Maxwell publishers (now part of the Thomson publishing group) and in 1984 took over the journal which is still being published 21 years later. Farm Tax and Finance is now incorporated into the Agricultural Law and Tax Library which he writes and publishes.
