AA Flags is a thriving Flag manufacturer based in the North East of England; the company was conceived from an idea when Mandy Scott the owner was made redundant at the age of twenty four.Mandy began trading from her home as a sole trader in September 1992, with no practical experience of running a business Mandy sought advice from the local Development Agency and manged to obtain a little funding to help her in her endeavors from the Enterprise Allowance Scheme.
