- During that time Ted obtained both his Master Heating and Ventilation license and his Hot Water Heat Master and has since acquired his Master Electrician license.
- While the company began to grow, Ted also became Mr. Fix-It, Paul McGregor's talk show expert on heating, air conditioning and electrical.
