- Background
- Alexandria Business Association began its activities in 1983 to provide support to the private sector, promote the interests of the business community, provide networking opportunities, consolidate business and social ties and present members ’ views to the government. This concept soon developed beyond advocacy to encompass community service. The Alexandria Business Association was registered in March 1988 as a non-profit, non-government organization.
