- Arabian Consulting Engineering Centre (ACEC) is a recognized firm in Saudi Arabia with a wealth of experience in multi-discipline engineering and architectural design. The organization was founded on 1399/12/1 (Oct. 22, 1979) by Engr. Abdullah Ahmed Bugshan to perform general engineering services in the Kingdom Saudi Arabia and other Gulf countries. ACEC’s head office is in Riyadh with branches in Al-Khobar and Jeddah. The Eastern Province Branch has been in collaboration with Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation for many years during the nineties and for a couple of years with ABB Lummus Global. As of December 2003, an arrangement was developed on project by project basis as well as continuous technical support with the internationally recognized corporation: AKER KVAERNER. ACEC is an approved General Engineering Services contractor for Saudi Aramco (Contract No. 6400044643/00) and Khafji Joint Operations (Contract No. HQ421ES04).
