- Our advisers will help anyone who is unemployed with advice or to point them in the right direction to an organisation that could help.
- Operating as part of the Jobcentre Plus network , Department for Work and Pensions , the Action Team for Jobs initiative has been helping local jobseekers back into work since October 2000. Newcastle Employment Action Team began in October 2001 and was initially funded for one year. Due to our success, along with the success of Action Team for Jobs as a whole, we have now been given the opportunity to continue our work until March 2006.
