- Ad-Options was founded as a private company by Stephen Ward in 1985, initially enjoying over twelve years service as Payphone Advertising contractors to BT Payphones in the North of England.
- Ad-Options now supply many printed business gifts and promotional items, specialising in full-colour work, particularly low-cost, volume promotions targetted for use by the Taxi, Private Hire and Minicab trades that form a large part of the active customer base.
- Ad-Options became a Limited company in 1998, with founder Stephen Ward as Managing Director. Online business gift purchasing was offered from 2001 with the launch of BusinessGift.
