- Don is the Professor of Naval Science and Commanding Officer of the Naval ROTC Unit at the University of Texas at Austin. He has been on active duty for nearly 28 years. He is also an active amateur radio operator (ADØK), enjoying hunting DX, building antennas, and doing some contesting. In all his spare time Don also enjoys playing music and is a member of BuffaloGrass, a local three piece bluegrass band.
