ADM Shine Technologies Ltd was founded in September 2005 by the known resource Andrew Dawson-Maddocks who last headed up the MoD's vested Electronic Warfare / Electronic Surveillance and Countermeasures department. The tri-service capabilities and knowledge within the company stretch beyond the traditional Electronic Warfare set of capabilities of RWR, ESM, ECM, EA and ELINT, into sophisticated sets of capabilities which include COIN.
