The grant funding will be used to recruit adoptive parents in rural Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin communities and match them to children and youth with special needs currently awaiting permanent homes. The project's objectives include a particular
- emphasison outreach to Native American communities. REACH’s ultimate goal is to increase rural adoptions in Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin by 50 percent over the next five years.
