He has had a keen interest in the outdoors from an early age having been brought up on the outskirts of the Lancashire Countryside and spending many happy and educational hours with family and friends within the scouting association.
Since starting work at Greater Manchester Youth Associations Educational Water Sports Centre in 1985 Dave has gained much experience and many qualifications in all aspects of leisure adventure activities working with youth groups, management groups, school groups and individuals.
Dave has worked for and alongside many outdoor pursuit providers. His happy and outgoing personality has helped him forge many lifelong professional and personal friendships.
