AIMS, the flagship application, is a web based (Software as a Service (SaaS)) application that provides work flow and access managment to produce greater appraisal independence, and to help lenders meet HVCC, FHA, USPAP, and FFIEC Appraisal Independence conformity. This software product is called Appraiser Independence Management System (AIMS). By using AIMS, lenders will be able to:
