- The ATCA Rescue & Adoption Committee fulfills the Airedale Terrier Club of America, Inc. ("ATCA") obligation to protect and advance the interests of the breed by providing services to lost, abandoned, abused or unwanted purebred Airedale Terriers.
- The ATCA Rescue and Adoption Committee was established by the Board of Directors of the Airedale Terrier Club of America (ATCA) on October 5, 1990, to recognize, support, and promote regional and individual rescue efforts, many of which had existed for some time.
