Worst online experience ever!

Almost non-existent customer support. In the extremely rare case they do answer your emails, they give you vague responses that are hardly helpful. Akibado is ridiculously slow in getting your items to you. It took 2 months (and many unanswered emails) before I finally received my goods. I used Akibado once, and NEVER again! I give 1 star rating, though if I could I'd give 0 stars.
