When I was a young engineer, living abroad für professional reasons, my great love (in the animal kindom, that is!) was a LION.
When I had returned to Munich, I rescued a shepherd-collie half-breed bitch called ASTA (then 3 months old) from the animal home. ASTA lived to become 11 years old.
For one year I have been living together with my seven fully-grown Japanese Akitas in a 220 sq.
