Alidus Fijnproeverij is a delicatesse shop in De Pijp in Amsterdam and is, what in Holland is sometimes refered to as, a livingroom restaurant. It was started in august 2008 by Jozephine who gained her experience by cooking in several restaurants. She also learned about southern europe cooking while living in Italy for three years. What started out as a hobby soon developed in the idea of starting her own place. The products offered are: catering, private dinners, company lunches, giftshop and cooking lessons.
