- Family owned and operated since 1984, Dejon Delights is proud to offer the finest Smoked Salmon and Halibut available. Our small custom smokehouse is nestled on the Chilkat Peninsula between two glacier-draped mountain ranges that surge 7,000 feet out of a Pacific fjord. We believe in supporting our community by buying our fish from local fisherman and providing jobs to year-round residents.
