- The Assisted Living Centre of Excellence (ALCE) is a non-profit society dedicated to promoting excellence in assisted living services. ALCE’s activities are intended to meet the educational needs of the provider, the public, and a number of other stakeholders. ALCE is also available to address the need for public accountability by providing third party complaint investigation.
