Louis Downer, Jr., a graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, earned his degree in Landscape Architecture. Following college, Louis held positions in the Land Development and Landscape Architecture fields in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, Florida. After relocating to Atlanta he advanced into Sr. Project management and Department management for a multi-national engineering firm.
