Develop and fine-tune the strategy/work being done to build the PortlandTech calendar (both the Upcoming Calendar and the Monthly Events)

Start training the other teams (LahoreTech, SeattleTech and VancouverTech) so that they can begin building out their respective calendars too.

The calendars are an important part of our "product"; they show a dynamic list of what's going on in that Tech Community and also provide an entry point to encourage building a community around them (who will eventually help and take over calendar management).
