- Hello. My name is Dave Vance. I have lived in Parkersburg for almost two years now. I am a graduate of Ravenswood High School, and formerly a full time truck driver. I have been a member of the WV Army National Guard for ten years now, and have been to Iraq twice. The last time I was there, I had some extra money to play with, and, since I have always been interested in photography, I bought all the photo magazines and books I could get ahold of over there and started learning.
