Allweathers is a small, well established, family run business based in Essex with two shops; one in the heart of Chelmsford and the other, much larger, recently opened on the outskirts of Billericay at Summerhill Nurseries on the A127.
The Company was started almost 25 years ago by Barry Phillips, who still finds time for working when he is not playing golf or soaking up the Spanish sun. His three sons, Darren, Mark and Jonathan have been learning the business, with the guidance of their father, for some time and are now in a position to take the business onwards and upwards for the next 25 years.
The new Allweathers store at Summerhill Nurseries consists of 6000sq ft inside where you can find many famous brands: Rohan, Regatta, Berghaus, Craghopper, Barbour, The North Face and Brasher to name but a few. Outside, tents are on display on an area of more than 5000sq ft from April right through until September, whilst stocking a wide range of camping accessories
