Allegro Law, LLC has been placed in Receivership by the Circuit Court of Autauga County, Alabama as a result of an action filed by the Attorney General of the State of Alabama along with the Alabama Securities Commission. Louis C. Colley has been appointed receiver of Allegro's funds and ongoing business under the supervision of the Circuit Court. All records are currently being reviewed in order that each client may be protected to the fullest extent.
