- About us
- We are an English couple who, having toyed with the idea of owning a holiday home for some while, decided in 2003 to take a serious look at what was available in mainland Spain.
- After looking at several areas we decided on Costa de Almeria in South East Spain, this area really appealed to us because of it's unspoilt natural beauty, breathtaking mountain and coastal views, superb sandy beaches and coves, ease of access and typically Spanish culture and customs.
- Letting the home for holiday rentals was, and is, not the main purpose of purchase as our intention is to move permanently to Spain on retirement so the area and amenities was of importance to us, hence the choice of location.
