- St Johann is located in the heart of the Tirol area. It is an amazing town with a population of 8000 people, yet has more to offer than a lot of larger places. Because of the location of St Johann to the mountains and the rivers, and the surrounding area having over 100km of scenic footpaths, hiking and climbing trails it makes St Johann a great centre point for a range of exciting sports and leisure activities.
- Throughout the area there are a number of festivals held throughout the summer and because of the locaility to all the villages St Johann is a great place to use as a base to join in with all the celebration.
