The purpose of the Aboriginal Legal Service (NSW/ACT) is achieve culturally appropriate justice for Aboriginal people and communities. We are predominantly a criminal law practice which provides advice and representation for both Indigenous adults and young persons. In addition, we provide services in child protection matters. In the past, we were also able to provide clients with representation in civil matters and family law.
