I ordered a diamond ring which my credit card was charged for the following day. I still haven't received the ring and my emails are being ignored. The telephone number supplied has a message stating Ampalian is moving to larger and premises and to email them!!!

A ring I ordered hadn't arrived and at first I had difficulty contacting Ampalian due to their moving premises. The issue has now been resolved to my satisfaction.
