July 19th — It’s a world of ups and downs. I started out feeling fine but wore down slowly as the day continued. It’s hard to say what’s wrong exactly — I just don’t feel right and some of that is due to the conflicting pharmaceuticals in my system. My intestinal tract isn’t fine, but I’m not nauseated and I’m still eating, but the thought of food turns me off. I’m tired and wired and not sure if my body wants to sleep or stay up. I’m in turns happy and weepy and down.
