- Annie Walker, born Montrose, Scotland, and trained in Grafton-Pages, a department store group in Dundee. Annie then moved to the South Pacific in 1970, firstly to New Zealand, and later to Norfolk Island. Annie completed her 'cosmetician' professional diplomas whilst in New Zealand, and, along with her husband, Bruce, they have directed their own successful business's since 1981.
- Annie & Bruce purchased a little boutique called 'Frangipani' in 1988 on Norfolk Island and expanded over the ensuing years to a leading department store situated in the heart of Norfolk's CBD.
