- In the early 1980’s, Peter Anastos and Marcel Nadeau, both of the Greater-Boston area, began a business relationship by remodeling and restoring homes in the affluent Boston suburbs of Weston, Newton, and Wellesley.
- In 1986, Peter relocated to Yarmouth, Maine and entered the development field, building residential neighborhoods in southern Maine. In 1987, Marcel joined Peter in Maine and together they have developed several very successful neighborhoods, and built hundreds of homes in the greater Portland area. Included in these works are the developments of the Royall Point and Royall Meadows neighborhoods of Yarmouth, and two Portland Symphony Orchestra Designer Showhouses and many prominent residences scattered along the coast of Maine.
