I live in southern New Hampshire and I love it here. I love New England and I’m pretty certain I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. We have the best of all worlds here: the ocean, the mountains, cities, small towns and we are TAX FREE. The only thing that sucks about NH is our neighbor directly south: MASSACHUSETTS. We New Englanduh’s DO NOT have an accent.
I work in nursing- a job that is both difficult and brutal yet rewarding and satisifying. The work I do is important and valuable. No, I don’t make a lot of money but– money means little to me. Nursing is an art and a science- we use our minds and our hands to heal and treat and give comfort. There is no higher calling than nursing. I work every weekend- 2 back to back double shifts. And occaisonal overtime.
Some people say I have a strange view of life. Tough shit. I’ve been through enough and have learned much. And I have much left to learn.
