Paul Anderson Sr. started in the meat industry in 1947. For the next 28 years he worked, learned and taught at several meat-packing plants in Colorado. Then, in 1975, he decided the only way to do meat processing right from start to finish was to start his own company; a company that would never cut corners, shortchange consumer or skimp on quality.
Paul Anderson Sr. and his wife, Clara, passed on this uncompromising commitment to quality to their three sons, Paul Jr., Dennis and Clifford. For the past 30 years, the Andersons have been selling only the best beef: USDA Prime, USDA Choice, and USDA Choice Dry Age. The same high quality standards apply to our poultry, pork, lamb, veal and other products.
