Angela is Member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR), having gained her Practitioner Certificate in Reflexology in 2002 with distinction. She is also a Member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists (MICHT); part of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

Angela practises both traditional hatha yoga and the Ashtanga style; the form she studied for her yoga teacher diploma. She has attended workshops by many distinguished yoga teachers, including: Kausthub Desikachar, Donna Farhi, Paul Grilley, Matthew Sweeney and David Williams.
