Title
angryCoder - Speak your mind...
Description
angryCoder.com is the first eZine written completely using Microsoft's .NET Framework. The origin of the angryCoder name comes from a nickname that was given to me by my co-workers. I would (and still do) get fed up with something that is not being done right (at least in my opinion), and launch into a lengthy diatribe about my thoughts on the subject. For good or for bad, that's the kind of guy I am.
I built the angryCoder.com site for a couple of reasons. First, I needed a project idea to get me involved with ASP.NET, and the .NET Framework in general. A site where I could openly vent my (often controversial) opinions seemed like the logical avenue to take. I felt it would enable other "vocal" developers to get involved as well. The second reason for the creation of angryCoder is that I wanted to promote .NET development by offering the site's source code at an affordable cost.
I wanted to make it as easy as possible for other developers to use and extend the angryCoder source code, so I devised the concept of an eZine Framework. I "cleverly" named this project the "eZine.Framework", borrowing the naming convention from that used by Microsoft to identify the class hierarchy of the .NET Framework.
